When and how do I register?
Registration has begun! Please click on http://snipurl.com/21nc8bk to complete the registration form online (available thanks to Brian Shipp!) and to see where to mail your check. If you are unable to use this link, please contact Danielle at daniellejhampton@yahoo.com to have the form sent to your email.

Attire?
Casual Chic (what you would wear for dinner out). Think laid-back. Think fun. Think comfortable atmosphere. We are planning the anti-stuffy class reunion.

Cost?
The cost for the evening is $46 per person/$92 per couple if your check is postmarked by May 1, 2012 OR $50 per person/$100 per couple if postmarked May 2-June 8, 2012.

What does this cost include?
Your cost helps us to ensure all our expenses are covered, which are primarily the cost per head for use of the facility, various food stations, and the deejay expense. Other smaller fees include a cleaning fee at Castlewoods, bartender service fees (cash bar provided, no charge for tea), taxes, and name tags. Again, we aren't trying to make money, just cover all expenses based on the amount of people we expect to have in attendance. We want to ensure the cost is comparable to a night out on the town with friends.

Will I be required to make a reservation?
Yes. We will need you to make a reservation through pre-payment to make sure we provide the Club with an accurate headcount for food. We also want to prepare by already having a name tag for you and a guest you may bring. We hope to have a name tag with your high school face in case our memories fail us when we don't know the older version of you!

Will any formal invitation be mailed through the USPS?
No, our plan is to simply utilize the power of the internet and whatever social network is available. Please do whatever you can to help in this effort by spreading the word in whatever manner you can. For example, if you know a classmate has not been sent this "invite" on Facebook, they were not intentionally missed. Please share it with them. If you know someone who is holding out on joining Facebook (I caved only recently) or has no email address, please make yourself their official reunion informant. We don't want to miss out on having someone there who would like to be there.

Will there be other activities during the weekend?
No, the only official gathering is on Saturday night. Input from fellow classmates suggested that people be able to gather in smaller groups as they choose and then have one main function as a large group. You are certainly welcome to make the most of the weekend by planning your own more intimate gatherings.

Are children included in the Saturday gathering?
No, we have decided it will be challenging enough to recognize our former classmates. Children are lovable, but we fear they will steal time we want for each other. Please bring pictures to share with others! In addition, you may send up to five electronic photos of you with family or friends (all should include you) taken within the last three years for the slideshow to be built to daniellejhampton@yahoo.com.

What can I do to help?
Our most immediate need is finding our classmates. (Thank you, Lord, for the creation of the internet!) We are determining now who is officially missing (i.e. we do not have a current email address and are not members of Facebook). Once the "missing" list is created, we need volunteers to make it their mission to find a list of 10 people. Most of our other needs will be within the timeframe of May to June and the day of June 16. These needs include decorating to set the atmosphere, making name tags, hosting at the check-in table, any video prep, etc. Contact Danielle Louys Hampton at daniellejhampton@yahoo.com or 615-881-3832.

What if I didn't graduate from Brandon High School for whatever reason, but I feel these are still my people...may I attend?
As long as you didn't graduate from Pearl...just kidding! Even if you ended up finishing at Pearl, we would love to see you if you would love to see us. We had a couple friends at the 10-year reunion who had moved prior to graduation, and I think I can safely speak for them when I say they had fun. I know I can say I was glad to see them!
